Complementary Therapy is a great way to aid relaxation, ease anxiety, improve circulation and help with fatigue and insomnia, this can be through massage, aromatherapy, reflexology or reiki.
Often listening to or sharing music with loved ones can also help people to put feelings and thoughts into words, creating special memories, and our Music Therapist works with families both on our Inpatient Unit and in Day Therapy sessions.
