Our other businesses

We have recognised that they way we fundraise is constantly changing and, as our running costs rise, we are aware that we need to seek new opportunities to raise money to keep Dove House caring for the community of Hull and East Yorkshire.

Since opening our community cafe The Kitchen by Dove House, origianlly called Dulcies, in 2012 we have kept a look out for our businesses that will diversify our income streams in order to ensure sustainability and stability into the future. We now run two children's day nurseries, Little Owls at Dove House and Little Owls at Ainthorpe and also operate three Re-Use shops in partnership with the local councils and FCC Environment.
