How did we develop our strategy?
Our strategic plan was originally developed in 2023 through a robust programme of stakeholder engagement with the support of professional analysts. This involved talking to all our stakeholders; from patients and families to those that commission our services, staff and volunteers and the community that sustains us, health care professionals and the wider healthcare sector.
The 2025-28 plan is an adaptation to the earlier plan which has been produced in response to the emerging needs, changing horizons and shifts in priorities in both internal and external environments over the last two years.
