To register your team and ensure your place in the competition,
simply fill in the registration form below.
We kindly ask that you keep your diary clear for the
full day, as timings are determined and communicated closer to the day itself, based on the total number of teams that register.
Once registered, we ask that each team raises a combined minimum of £500 in sponsorship to help make an invaluable difference to the patients and their loved ones at Dove House.
