This March, we're asking you to put on your trainers and take on a challenge that will push your limits and make a difference. Can you walk or run a total of 100KM throughout the month?

Whether you're a seasoned runner aiming for a new personal best or you prefer leisurely walks in the park, you can complete your 100KM your way. Break it down to just over 3KM a day or tackle it with longer weekend treks!


Safety Precautions
Your safety should be your top priority during the 100km March Challenge. Please keep the following advice in mind as you walk or run:

  • Pace Yourself: You know your body best. Break the distance down into manageable segments that work for you.

  • If Exercising Alone:

    • Inform Someone: Let a trusted person know your planned route and estimated return time.

    • Carry a Phone: Ensure your mobile phone is fully charged before you set off.

    • Stay Alert: Always be aware of your surroundings.

  • Rest & Recover: Listen to your body and take rest days whenever needed. Recovery is crucial for preventing injury.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, especially in warmer weather, to maintain performance and feel your best.
