Get involved. Without the support of local people getting involved and supporting the hospice we could not continue to provide such fantastic care for our patients and their families.
From Quiz Nights to Barn Dances, Garden Parties to Craft Fairs community spirit really puts the FUN in fundraising! If you want to help us to be there for local people living with a life-limiting illness then why not start fundraising in you local community, there are so many things you could do:
Race Nights to Quiz Nights, Fun Days to Collection boxes - if you're a landlord help us raise vital cash whilst pulling those pints! From schools, nurseries to colleges and everything in between there are so many different things children can do the fundraiser. We'll also come to visit and do assemblies and workshops too.
Whether you're part of a craft club or perhaps a social organisation, could you nominate the hospice as a chosen charity or have a raffle at your next meeting to raise funds. We can also come and give talks about the services the hospice provides for your members.
Place of worship - select the hospice to receive funds from a collection or hold an event to raise funds for local people who need your help.
Hold an event - Masquerade Balls, Open Gardens, Games Nights, Coffee Mornings... these are just a few of the events people have organised to raise funds for us.
Whatever you chose to do our Fundraising Team are here to help you. We can provide help and advice on the planning as well as promotional materials like posters and collection boxes to help you raise as much as possible for the hospice.
