Study Day – Improving Personal Wellbeing with Complementary Therapy

The study day will look at a range of approaches to maintain and improve personal wellbeing and how simple complementary therapy techniques can empower relaxation and wellbeing.The day will provide an opportunity for learning and participating in simple self-help reflexology techniques, aromatherapy blending for wellness, self-massage and self-guided relaxation techniques.Using participant interaction this study day will interest anyone wishing to discover natural self-help strategies for wellbeing.
