Appeals such as this are crucial in helping to make a truly special difference to patients and their loved ones accessing hospice care during the most difficult of times. To make your donation online, please comlete the form below. Though we have offered some suggested donation figures, we recommend that you speak with your chosen solicitor or will writer regarding their usual fees to help guide your donation.

Please note, appointments during Make a Will Fortnight cover only basic wills. A will which has more complex requests may require further meetings with the solicitor or will writer and may incur additional fees at the discretion of each firm. 

Once you have made your donation, you will receive an email receipt. We ask if you can show this to your chosen solicitor or will writer in order to complete your will process.
