Caring for family members, many of whom are also caring for a loved one living with a progressive life limiting, is at the heart of hospice care. We know that when someone is ill it has a major impact on those who care for them and that life can often be turned upside down for family members. The Dove House Family Support Team help by tailoring the support they give to the needs of individual families and carers to try to achieve the best quality of life for everyone involved. Our staff are experienced and compassionate and they understand the many ways that lives can be altered when a loved one becomes ill.

Carers Wellbeing Clinic

The Carers Wellbeing Clinic provides a short course of Complementary Therapy and is for those who are caring for, or who have been bereaved of a loved one, who have used Dove House Hospice’s services.

Sessions take place in dedicated therapy rooms at Dove House which are quiet and calming – the perfect environment to help you relax and receive your treatments.
