Dove House Hospice shortlisted in two Charity Retail Association Awards!


Dove House Hospice is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for two awards within the Charity Retail Association Awards 2026: Outstanding Charity Retailer and Campaign of the Year.

The Charity Retail Awards celebrate remarkable achievements of the charity retail sector. Being recognised in both categories is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work, creativity and commitment shown across the Dove House teams involved. The shortlisting highlights the impact Dove House Hospice’s shops are making to the charity as well as recognising how we are continually striving to improve and develop
The Outstanding Charity Retailer category highlights the strength and success of Dove House Hospice’s retail offering.

This past year has been exceptional, and our team has worked tirelessly day in and day out to maximise the income across our shops. Our shops are vibrant community hubs that bring people together. We simply wouldn’t be here without the dedication of every single member of the team. We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised with such a prestigious nomination.”
 
The Campaign of the Year category recognises the most creative charity retail marketing campaign with Dove House being shortlisted for our Styled By Dove House campaign which launched in September 2025.

Karinda Martine, Head of Marketing, said:

“Styled By Dove House was a first of its kind campaign for us here at the hospice, we wanted to showcase finding stylish and on trend clothing in charity shops and encourage new shoppers into our network of 35 stores. We held a professional fashion shoot with clothes all sourced from our shops and launched a multi-media campaign encouraging the public to find their style at Dove House. We are so excited to be shortlisted for this award, and all feel very proud to be recognised alongside national charities in this category.”
 
This double shortlisting is an exciting moment for Dove House Hospice and an opportunity to celebrate everyone who helps make our work possible. We look forward to the awards announcement, which takes place on 24th June, and feel honoured to be recognised alongside others making a difference in the sector whoever wins.
