Weekly Draw
Playing the weekly draw is simple and easy!
- It costs £1 per game (You may have as many numbers as you wish)
- You will receive a unique 6 digit game number
Firstly – choose a payment that suits you best. If you are 16 years old or over there are several ways you can pay
Standing Order
Have your subscriptions taken directly from your bank account for as little as £4.34 every month. Subscribing using this method reduces our administration costs and means that you never have to worry about remembering when your next payment is due. If you would like to pay using this method, simply print out our lottery application form complete with your details and the standing order mandate section, then return to us at the address shown. Please do not send it directly to your bank.
Bank Debit/Credit Card – by phone to the office or online
You can join and pay by bank debit/credit card over the telephone or via the internet (Minimum payment £10). We will remind you when your payment is about to run low. If you would like to pay by telephone, please contact the Lottery Office on 01482 785785. We will be happy to take your call.

Cheque (By Post)
We accept both personal cheques and postal orders. For payments of £10 and over we will issue members with a reminder when their subscription is about to run low inviting you to participate again. Payments can be made quarterly (£13), half yearly (£26), or annually (£52). If you would like to join using this method simply download our lottery application form and return it to us enclosing your cheque/postal order made payable to Dove House Hospice Lottery and send to:

Cash Collection
In some areas we are able to provide a cash collection service. If you would like to pay by this method, please contact the Lottery Office on 01482 785785 to find out if we have a collector in your area.
Lotte Teddy Bear
For payments of £52 (annual subscription) subscribers are entitled to our mascot bear ‘Lotte’. ‘Lotte’ is a traditional bear and will change each year enabling our members to collect.
‘Lotte’ is a very well travelled and many of our members have taken our mascot bear on holiday with them. See the various destinations ‘Lotte’ has been in our Gallery.
‘Lotte’ is also befriending many of the children of families using our services here at Dove House Hospice.
