Scratch Cards
Scratch Cards are a fun way to raise funds for Dove House Hospice. Just scratch off the panel to find out instantly whether you are a winner!
We are onto our second scratch card ‘Lotte’s Grand Treasure’, and we hope this will meet with the same success as our first game.
Scratch cards cost just £1 each and are available from all Dove House Charity Shops and various other outlets throughout Hull and the East Riding.
Our thanks go out to all the outlets that currently stock our scratch cards. Without your support we simply would not have made our first game such a success.
If you would like to help us by stocking our scratch cards in your shop/business please contact the Lottery Office on 01482 785785 or email lottery@dovehouse.org.uk and we will arrange for a volunteer representative to visit you and explain how they work.

Where can I buy a scratch card?
- Cards can be bought from all of our hospice charity shops along with many other outlets, including pubs, newsagents, etc, throughout our fundraising area.
What are the odds of winning a prize?
- 1 in 4 of the cards is a winner.
How do we claim our winnings?
- Prizes of under £10 can be paid out in cash at the place of purchase. Amounts of £10 and over need to be sent along to the Lottery Office where a cheque will be generated.
Do we see the results of any prizes won?
- We are not obligated to publicise the prize winning results, however, we do see this as good practice and will advertise winning amounts won in the outlets themselves and will advertise, later in the life of the card, how many prizes are still to be won. The jackpot winner will, if agreed by the winner, will also have some kind of formal presentation.
Do you sell/use the scratch cards in any other way?
- Scratch cards can be sold at events that we organise or that supporters hold on our behalf. We can supply any number for people to sell on our behalf. Please contact us if you require further information.
