Our Care

Here at Dove House Hospice we provide specialist palliative care to adults over 18 years old. Palliative care is the total care of a patient whose illness is no longer curable - we adopt a holistic approach which means the patient and their family is the centre of everything we do - they are the focus of our care, not the illness.

 

We care for many life limiting illnesses including cancer, motor neurone disease, HIV/aids, Parkinson's disease, heart failure, respiratory disorders and renal failure however this list is not extensive and we can offer our services to anyone who has had a diagnosis of a life limiting illness that can not be cured.

 

All of the services here at Dove House Hospice and all of the care we provide are free of charge to our patients and their families.
