Midnight Walk 2011
The Dove House Hospice Midnight Walk took place on saturday 13th August.
The fantastic "Girls Night Out" started and finished at Princes Quay Shopping Centre and took walkers on a journey through the finest streets of Hull, old and new, before walking alongside the Marina and Riverfront.
The ladies were welcomed into Princes Quay by a Boy George Tribute Act live on stage. Boy George continued to entertain the ladies until the exercise warm up by Alex Hansford from Hansford & Crocker.
Just before Midnight the 559 ladies were set off on their 6 mile walk and looked a sight to behold walking through the streets of Hull.
We had wonderful feedback upon the ladies return and each walker received a medal and so did a few of the doggies that were brought along for the fun!
Thank you to everyone who came out to take part in the walk, from the walkers, the marshals, East Yorkshire Raynet, Humber 4x4 Response to Princes Quay who allowed us to use their venue and facilities.

Sponsorship Money
Dove House Hospice ask that all ladies hand their sponsorship monies in before Wednesday 30th November 2011. This allows 15 weeks for collection of your monies. This can be handed in at any of our 30 Dove House Hospice shops throughout the area, at the hospice on Chamberlain Road, Hull or by posting a cheque (made payable to Dove House Hospice) along with all your forms to Dove House Hospice, Chamberlain Road, Hull, HU8 8DH.
