Fundraising in the Workplace
Fundraising means you can be as creative as you wish as you undertake activities to raise money for the hospice. You can support up and running schemes such as Go Yellow Days, where money is raised by staff having a yellow themed day or take part in our Tea at Three campaign - both are simple way of raising funds without too much disruption to the working day. Alternatively you could try and beat a world record, or attempt an extreme challenge such as a marathon or even a mountain climb – whatever you want, as long as you can be sponsored to do it!
Fundraising is something that your full team can become involved with. Different roles can be assigned to specific member of staff to gain them experience in other areas and build up their skills bank. Fundraising is an excellent way of boosting team spirit within your organisation as well as increasing staff morale and our in house Fundraising Department are available to give advice and support you every step of the way.
